IYASHI is a haven for restoration—
a sensual return to self through the medium of food inviting you towards the practice of savoring every moment, embracing presence while playing with your senses as you nourish your body with wild food in ceremony.

W i l d Nourishment. Ritual on the Plate.

I don’t simply cook, I create spaces where food becomes a return to self.

At IYASHI, nourishment is sensual, seasonal, and sacred act. Each dish is prepared with intention, using organic ingredients to awaken the senses and ground the body.

To feed ourselves is an act of devotion.A way to honor the body as temple, to slow down, and to savor presence.

This is more than a meal.
It’s a ritual.
A remembering.
A way of coming home to the beauty of being alive.
